How to keep the long duration?

Remove extra cuticles, trim the edge, limit the nail surface completely, and make sure they are dry and clean. Remember to apply a thin coat. Thinner means stronger. Remember to close the edge of the nail for each layer for a long lasting manicure. Do not cure the gel too long or too short. (It is normal for base coat and color gel to stick together after drying. If there is gel on the skin, please wipe it off before curing. Practice makes better, practice makes perfect.

Why is gel polish sticky and thick?

Applying each thin coat is key, make sure the brush doesn't have too much gel before you start applying. It is normal for a colored base coat and gel to remain slightly tacky after curing. It would have a better adhesion between the nails and the gel layers. The top layer would seal it. (Please don't over-cure or it comes off easily.)
